Hultafors Group is looking for a Supply Chain Director for Snickers Workwear with experience of sourcing in Asia.
a name=_GoBackAs our Supply Chain Director you will lead our 50 people strong international organization with focus on Asia, securing cost-efficient delivery and drive strategic negotiations with suppliers. You will also be responsible for heading projects in key areas such as make/buy strategies, quality control, lean-production, logistics and inventory management. The position offers great opportunities to exercise leadership and develop the supply-chain organization - we are particularly looking for a leader who is motivated by implementing and securing a performance-management culture.
We are looking for you who have ten years of relevant experience, at least partly from sourcing in Asia. Former experience from textiles and ready-to-wear clothing is a strong merit. Sourcing experience from Asia related to other products could also be relevant. You have experience from purchase/sourcing and from strategic negations with supplier and partners as well as experience from supply chain planning and logistics. Experience from production will be considered a merit.
You enjoy a broad role where your skills as a leader, negotiator and promoter of a cost-efficient and quality-aware organisation are tested. We believe that you are good at creating and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally. As Supply Chain Director for Snickers Workwear you have a key role in the company's continued success and excellent opportunity to form an efficient organization. Fluency in English is required. You will be based in Sollentuna with frequent international travel, mostly in Asia.
