hela Sverige Role Summary:The Sourcing Digital Operations Leader will work closely with the Supplier Risk Management Team and Sourcing Teams covering the various Global Sourcing commodities on leading, developing and implementing supplier related digitalization projects and tools, driving digital process improvements and execute on projects to ensure realization of the business objectives within the area of Supplier Risk Management and Security of Supply, Supplier development and Productivity.Essential Responsibilities:Develop, drive and implement supplier related digitalization projects and tools in PDL and, ERP systems, Qlikview and similar applications and Quality Management databases/systems etc.Own and drive development of Sourcing digital and analytical tools.Train and support Sourcing representatives and suppliers using tools.Drive and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and projects within the area of Supplier Risk Management and other sourcing related process and supplier development projects.Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather external and internal information needed to support and execute the projects. Data analysis and consolidation, creation of presentations and project reports. Responsible for creating Sourcing requirements specifications based on input from concerned functions and teams. Drive implementation of digital projects and tools working with internal stakeholders, IT development teams and suppliers.Provide training to Sourcing representatives and create work instructions for digital tools. Drive implementation of Supplier Database and Supplier Communication portalGather and analyze internal data to be used for Supply Chain risk assessments etc.Develop, improve and maintain processes and tools with Supplier Risk Management Program. Drive identified risk mitigating activities supporting the Sourcing Leaders.Collect and consolidate internal supplier information needed based on customer requests.Create reports and presentations summarizing statistic etc.to be presented to the Sourcing Leadership team and other business stakeholders etc.Create project reports (business English required).Archiving of data in supplier database.Qualifications/Requirements:University Degree in Engineering technical discipline or the same knowledge/experience, previous working experience within either Sourcing or Supply Chain.Desired Characteristics:Excellent communication skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments, experience working with ERP systems, Magic, QlikSense etc.Project Management experience.
