We provide support all the way through our sales channels, simplifying things and creating happy customers.
We also see that you have ;
• You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or corresponding.
• You have 5+ years of procurement experience from an international organization, preferable within the area of indirect material & services and/or facility management (hard/soft FM, security, etc.).
• You have excellent business knowledge and mindset and strong project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of industry and market specific conditions as well as macro-economic trends.
• You apply fact-based business leadership and have significant stakeholder management experiences.
• Have solid knowledge of the strategic sourcing process.
• You have good knowledge of data analytical tools incl. ERP systems.
• Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• You are willing to travel internationally.
You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and you have a strong business mindset and drive. New ways of working and change motivate you to find new possibilities and better solutions. Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a global level with multiple business partners is a pre-requisite. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the category strategy and sourcing plans through leading the purchase development process.
• Initiate develop and drive sourcing assignments and large-scale strategic sourcing projects (business cases development, business requirement development, supplier analysis & selections) with relevant business partners.
• Negotiate large-scale complex agreements, and together with a team, secure the best commercial terms for Ingka Group.
• Analyse business needs, identifying and reduce un-necessary costs, develop standards in cooperation with business partners.
• Continuously monitor industry development, supplier market dynamics and cost drivers in order to find new business opportunities and explore the innovation potential.
• Establishes and maintain over time trusting relationships with key business partners.
In this position your home office will be in Malmö, but you will work across countries and regions in a global Ingka network that opens for many possibilities. You will represent a strong brand with a big social and environmental responsibility, and you will be in the forefront to drive change.
