Overview
The Global Hygiene Supply (GHS) organization contributes to making Essity a highly successful global hygiene company by having the safest, most efficient and lowest cost product supply base. Within GHS, the ambition of Global Sourcing is to be recognized as the driver for best total costs for Essity. Global Sourcing will thereby drive down total costs by managing a sustainable and competitive supply base utilizing appropriate sourcing strategies, processes and resources which support the needs of the business. To achieve and support the above we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Analyst.
This is a 12 months temporary position due to a project and it is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main Tasks
As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the Sourcing Analyst function which is a part of the Business Development. The purpose of the function is to define and operate a governance structure to facilitate the realization of cost saving initiatives set by Global Sourcing. You will act as the single point of contact towards selected Sourcing Units (located in Europe, Americas and Asia) within Global Sourcing. You will work collaboratively with the Sourcing Director and the Sourcing Managers of the selected Sourcing Units. You will continuously monitor and pro-actively support the cost saving initiatives driven by the Sourcing Units' Sourcing Managers. You will also support Global Sourcing with other analytical tasks e.g. executing RFX 's, spend analysis and supplier evaluation.

Key Competencies
University degree (Engineering or Finance)
Minimum of 2 years' experience within Sourcing
Advanced SharePoint skills
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge in Ariba is preferred
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Drive

Communication and presentation skills
Problem solving skills
Project management skills
Leadership skills
Possibility to travel, 20-40 days per year
