Job description
Easy Studios is looking for a talented Sound Designer to work on multiple projects. The Sound Designer will be responsible for the creating and implementing audio assets and optimizing performance, while maintaining great quality. Creativity, self-motivation, outstanding people skills, and a passion for video games are a must.
As a Sound Designer you will work closely with the animators on the game team and the game producer, you have an excellent artistic ability and you are driven to find the right audio feeling and quality in your work. You are also goal- oriented and like having the responsibility for a timely delivery as well as the quality of that delivery.
Required Qualifications
• Have fundamental knowledge of sound design and sound editing
• Documented skills in creating best-in-class sounds for shooters & FPS
• A strong sense of asset ownership though the sound pipeline, taking full responsibility for assets, from initial creation to implementation in the final product.
• Two years or more of professional game development experience is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent English skills (knowing Swedish is not required but an advantage)
• The applicant should have a strong interest in computer games
