Parts Supply Chain / Lund Operations
We are looking for a SOS Coordinator. As a SOS Coordinator you will work in Team SOS within Parts Supply Chain Lund. The Responsibility of the team is to handle all the administrative work of an order, from initial contact with the market companies to coordination and follow-up of transportation to final customers.
The performance and serviceability of the team is an important link for Parts Supply Chain to keep up a high level of service to Tetra Pak customers worldwide and to reach our goal of being a world class logistics provider.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Be responsible for purchasing activities and inbound follow-up for parts express orders
• Be the main contact for SOS related issues for our Market Companies (MC)
• Manage order administration and booking of transport for express orders, project orders and dangerous goods orders
• Be responsible for invoicing and to issue all relevant export documents
• Together with the MC, assure correct choice of transport based on the specific customer situation
In the position you will have extensive international contacts both internally within Tetra Pak and externally (such as e.g transport companies and custom authorities)

As a candidate you must have experience working with purchasing activities and a good logistic knowledge. Previous working experience in transport/logistic related companies will be seen as a merit. As a candidate you must also have good/excellent knowledge in MS Office and some experience working in SAP/R3, our business system.
Since we are a service unit the position to some extent means extended working hours according to a working schedule.
