This is an exciting opportunity to join our restaurant in the heart of Malmö.
The restaurant have a capacity of 70 sittings and serve mainly dinners.
The candidate will be expected to:
Have the ability to maintain standards and command a team when the Head Sommelier is absent.
Have excellent product knowledge and organizational skills.
Have an ability to work efficiently and productively within a team environment
Have a strong capacity to work under pressure
Have previous experience working as a sommelier in a similar stature of restaurant.
Provide excellent service to our guests
Stock taking and cellar organization will be required
The participation and organization of wine training sessions for the staff.
Have a genuine love for what they do.
Is full of creative ideas.
To have a strong understanding of all our brilliant dishes and provide explanations to guests and recommending the best wine for each of our dishes.
