Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
As a Summer Intern at H&M you will get the opportunity to share your ideas and take initiatives in order to affect our business on a global level. You will work in diversified teams where your major task will be business driven analysis to maximize sales and profitability. During the summer you will work as Business Controller within one of our global functions; Buying Office, Sales & Operations, Online Sales or New Business at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
The internship is designed to give you an understanding for our core business and to start building a network within our organization. You will get a mentor that will introduce you to H&M and your role as Business Controller, you will attend several seminars held by our leaders and work as a Sales Advisor in our stores. During the internship you will also work with a concrete case that will make a difference for your team and the business, which you will present in the end of the program. Throughout the internship you will get the possibility to work with your development and we see the internship as a mutual job interview.
You will get to know H&M from the inside and we will get the opportunity to evaluate you for the position as Business Controller within the function you will belong to. We are looking for driven talents who are eager to make a difference and want to grow with us, and many of our former Summer Interns are today leaders within our fast-expanding global organization, both in Sweden and around the world. The Summer Internship will run from 7th of June until 20th of July 2018.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Business or Engineering students with one year left to graduation after the internship. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions that will affect the business. - Driven and result oriented, with a genuine interest in retail.
- An entrepreneurial mind-set, taking own initiatives, as we are a flat organization with a straight forward, open-minded culture and short decision paths. - Team players with leadership skills wanting to grow as leaders within H&M. - Experience in sales, store or e-commerce is meritorious. - International experience from either work or studies. Your English is fluent and other languages are meritorious. Swedish is not mandatory - To be eligible you need to have work permit in Sweden or EU
