Assisting in different Process development Projects: performing supervised chromatography runs, high-throughput plate work, HPLC analysis, SDS-PAGE gels, etc. Assisting in lab preparations and maintenance. Inventory of chemicals and intruments.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assisting in different Process development Projects: performing supervised chromatography runs, high-throughput plate work, HPLC analysis, SDS-PAGE gels, etc. Assisting in lab preparations and maintenance. Inventory of chemicals and intruments.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Studying a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical engineering or related Life Sciences field
• Knowledge in chromatography and use of ÄKTA Explorer/ÄKTA Avant/ÄKTA Pure and Unicorn software
• Ability to add positive atmosphere to a team environment
Desired Characteristics:
• Knowledge in analytical techniques: HPLC, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, etc
• Column Packing knowledge
• HTPD knowledge
