hela Sverige Role Summary/Purpose:
The Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management teams in GE Healthcare Life Sciences are responsible for processes and system support for managing the product lifecycle, from idea to discontinuation.
Typical duties will include:
• Extract and analyze data and propose and/or perform updates to harmonize across systems:
• Extract data and documents from various sources and in various formats such as Excel and SQL etc, and perform analysis to find mismatches and non-aligned data.
• Contact relevant stakeholders such as product owners and design engineers to confirm correct settings and document the required updates.
• On instruction, perform updates in the systems and repeat the analysis to confirm that the updates have taken effect.
• Update system documentation: Review and update documentation to ensure they correctly reflect the current system design.
The actual work is estimated to last 1 month per person, but the exact start and end dates can be discussed. Both roles are located at the GE Healthcare facility in Boländerna, Uppsala.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Good computer skills, primarily MS Office Word and Excel
• Good knowledge of English
• Very thorough and orderly
• Good team player
