As a Solutions Engineer you will have a wide role, bridging the gap between sales, support and engineering. You'll be required to troubleshoot, answer technical questions and solve customer issues as well as manage the technical second line support. You'll also be required to help out with system monitoring, installations, and training customers. You will work close with the Yanzi team in Sweden and internationally, to provide customer feedback and spearhead improvements on the platform and together ensure our continued place as the world's leading IoT platform. This role will from time to time require on-call work during out-of- office hours
You will be positioned in our brand-new office in Kista Science Tower but also from time to time be travelling to customers all around the world.
We are looking for someone with:
• experience in Technical Support.
• excellent communication skills and comfortable around customers.
• networking expertise.
• experience in working in distributed environment and close to customers.
• MSc or BA in applicable field.
• Fluent in English
It would be a plus if you:
• have experience in or passion for Internet of Things.
• have experience in network security.
• have experience in coding.
• have experience in hardware development.
• are multilingual.
