Job Summary
We are looking now for a Solutions Development Manager as part of the product management team within service solution department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new product strategy, product roadmaps, product life cycle, product sales growth and profitability and portfolio deployment of a large (business size) and/or highly complex service product portfolio as well as leading complex developments with the Sales support regions. Your main stakeholders will be internal team of product management, solutions team and sales support region team as well as various other stakeholders such as PSE, D&T, and A&S teams.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management - Service Solutions. You will be based in Lund, Sweden and may require up to10% travel.
What you will do
As a Solutions Development Manager, you will:
Lead the solution offering development focusing on processing installed base and integrated offerings, working closely with the processing categories and Business units.
Lead the category potential analysis, understanding the service opportunity for the different components of the portfolio.
Lead the service/product development needs process for the assigned product portfolio responsibility. Provide relevant commercial and business inputs to the product roadmap.
Lead product lifecycle management by gathering and prioritizing product and market requirements and analyzing the business performance.
Lead the product deployment in close collaboration with the sales support regions. Agree on targets and priorities through the market business plans. Support the sales support regions in complex local deployment
Lead definition of and drive product business plans including product segmentation, product positioning and business and value proposition.
Lead the definition of clear commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc.
Support sales support regions/MCs in building capabilities to sell (deliver and manage where applicable) the respective service category assortment/offering.
Participate in securing a good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the product value proposition.

We believe you have
You have a solid Customers' understanding gained within Commercial area within Marketing/Product Management/Business Development and/or customers' management, preferably with customer facing experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience of product management as well as good knowledge of Tetra Pak Processing, service business together with experience of PLC, 3YP, pricing and commercial conditions is required.
A proven record of leading projects within product development and project deployment is highly valued.
We believe that you have the ability to work well with delivery organisation to develop the products (via enablers and processes) and possess experience of business case management, project management, customer management.

You are driven, structured and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. We believe that you have strong stakeholder management skills and are a good listener who can motivate and inspire others and create understanding from audiences on various levels in different cultures.
You are also open minded and show a high level of customer orientation, while being able to effectively drive for results. You are an effective team player, and you have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You may hold a degree in Business Administration or Engineering. You excel at both written and spoken English.
