We are now looking for a Solutions Consultant for the Nordics. The Position is based in Sollentuna, Häggvik and reports to the Regional BCG manager and have a dotted line to the Head of Business, Nordics.
The scope of the position is to provide business focussed pre- sales support to the Commercial and Operations teams during the sales process from pre – sales to implementation. This role will be responsible for the build and implementation of the solution according to the contractual services agreed, acting as prime point of contact for the customer.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Support the Sales and Commercial teams in analysis of the potential solution to the customer, ensuring that the solution both meets the needs of the customer and can be delivered as part of the PBMS solutions portfolio.
• Provide Leadership of and assistance with RFI (request for information) and RFP (request for pricing) preparation, proposal and presentation as appropriate
• Identify, apply and customise the appropriate solution/products from the Pitney Bowes portfolio, after conducting a thorough analysis of the customer’s business processes during on-site visits
• Lead customer discussions during the development, design and implementation of the solution.
• Ensure the governance and management of the project during all the life cycle until the handover to operation inclusive of project planning, project follow-up and reporting, costs control and risk management
Qualifications and work experience
• Educated to ‘degree’ or Diploma level in a relevant subject
• Senior experience in program management
• Experience of Professional services environments
• Management consulting experience
• Expertise knowledge of Document Processing Solutions or PrintWorks or CCS and relevant Mailstream experience (in one or more of inbound/outbound mail, digital workflow technologies, records information management, scanning and print) is desirable
• Strong customer focus and capable of communicating complex solutions at all levels
• Establish excellent working relationships with cross-functional colleagues and clients
• Demonstrate the understanding of how to manage a project through the full life cycle
• Have a holistic view and are able to handle and prioritize when things changes fast.
