We are looking for a Solutions Architect!

Duties:
You will be part of the Nordic Professional Services team. You will be one of the major stake holders and the key to securing the feasibility of cost efficient, reliable, resilient and stable technical solutions. Concepts such as customer requirements, risk analysis, solution proposals, integration and solution design are part of your everyday work. You stay updated on new technologies and trends in your field, as well as contributing with technical competence. In addition you are involved in preparing and responding to customer inquiries such as RFI's, RFQ's
As a Solutions Architect you will primarily be working with technologies such as:
• Voice Configuration: e.g. routing, dial plan, voice features, business continuity
• Network Integration: e.g. IP addresses, DHCP, DNS
• Security: e.g. SRTP, TLS, Firewalls, Policies
• Business Applications: e.g. Integration, interfaces, customization
Experience/Requirements:
We expect you to have 7-12 years working experience with a minimum of 5 years in telecom or IT/VoIP related work. You are probably in a similar role, a pre-sales support or an experienced Solution Integrator/Technician in the area UC/Voice.
We believe you have a wide network of contacts in the telecommunications business with 3rd party application manufacturers, operators and network providers.
You have project management skills and/or practical experience as a project manager.
We prefer that you have experience from companies that are active in Solution integration in complex Voice/UC environments.
You have a university degree or equivalent in IT/Technology.
Good knowledge of Cisco equivalent to the levels of CCNA, CCNP is highly desirable.
You have practical experience in routing and switches, as well as knowledge in IT security. Language wise, you can communicate fluently in both English and Swedish or English and Danish.

You are constructive in word and deed, humble yet fearless and inspire confidence in your field, you have the ability to drive ideas into action. You are structured and have a process-oriented way of working. Since you work closely with our customers it is important that you possess social skills, are communicative and responsive to customer needs.
About the position:
Possible cities of stationing are Stockholm, Malmö or Copenhagen.
The position involves extensive travelling since your field of work is spread all over Scandinavia.
