Main duties
We offer you a position in our development department as a solution architect in an agile working environment. You will:
• Participate in planning, defining and designing solutions on a high-level and explore alternative solutions
• Work in all project phases, from research to market launch
• Lead projects in requirement, design, coding, test and validation phases
• Be in close contact with our international customers
• Mix small local projects with large multi-site global programs
• Work close to the leading major international automotive players in a global arena
• Meet our users and other professionals in global conferences and workgroups
• Interact with universities and research institutes over the world
• Become a seasoned project manager in a truly international environment
Solution architect skills:
• Proven experience in embedded software system design
• Extensive experience in requirements engineering
• System and software configuration
• System and software integration
• Great understanding of systems and an ability to break it up into subsystems
• Excellent capability to break down problems into smallest components
Desirable skills:
• Experience from Automotive industry
• SPICE process methods
• ISO26262 methodologies
General skills:
• Strong technical education, Master degree in engineering
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent in English
• More than five years experience in embedded software development
• Clear experience in Agile development methods
• Strong drive and ability to understand the complex technical needs of our customers and to incorporate these into suitable project requirements
