During this assigment will you be hired by Wrknest and work as a consultant.
Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter
• Work closely with development teams to create and update technical documents including; white papers, getting started guides, administrator guides,user guides and API reference guides etc.
• Build out and maintain existing library of documentation - including technical specifications, release communications, user manuals, KB and other materials as needed.
Deliver high-quality documentation to our practices and end users, while also contributing to establishing best practices and standards
• Conducts research (eg. study existing documentation and the profiles of target. audience of the documentation and the profiles of target audience of the documentation)
• Gather Information from Business Analysts, developers and QA engineers in order to produce comprehensive documentation.
Vi söker dig som har
• College Graduate of any computer related course
• 2-5 years experience in technical writing
• Proficient in creating flowcharting, diagrams, wireframes
• Exposure and familiar with systems development life cycle and terminologies
• Documented at least 2 medium to large scale project on computer applications
• Ability to set priorities and undertake complex tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with multiple teams and multiple projects
• Experience writing developer guides, end user documentation, and software release communications
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, including the ability to research, design, and write new documentation, as well as to maintain and improve existing materials
• Experience with creating online documentation in Confluence
• Experience writing technical documents in Javascipt and PHP frameworks is a plus
• Experience in short release cycles and Agile-Scrum methodology
• Can work on multiple projects
