What do we offer?
At product stream Safe Vehicle Automation, we design, integrate, and verify the complete solution for autonomous drive, active safety, and vehicle energy and motion control. We collaborate with some of the most innovative industry partners to reach our future visions of safety, convenience, and mobility.
What you'll do
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the flow of value through the solution train to our vehicle programs and/or by continuous over-the-air deployment directly to end customer cars.
You will be part of the Solution troika also encompassing Solution Manager, Solution Architect, and Unit Head. Together, you will lead by our agile ceremonies and principles, and take part in the Solutions' continuous improvements.
You will be taking on the responsibility to communicate program objectives, aggregate and report status (internal and external R&D) as the interface towards PMO (Program Management Office) Cluster Tech Lead. You will be responsible for all Solution deliveries/releases to the vehicle program cluster(s) regarding time and agreed content. To do this you will be responsible to create and maintain a Solution Delivery/Release Plan to the specific vehicle program cluster(s).

You should have a strong degree of business acumen in combination with a technical understanding of your area. We think you have a Master of Science or equivalent work-life experience.
