Descom is looking for an experienced Solution Specialist for building/designing eCommerce Solutions for leading marketing and technology companies. You will become a Key Player in our Nordic team and our Swedish organization. You are based preferably in Stockholm and are able to do some travelling within the Nordic region.

Required expertise and characteristics

• Excellent Java programming skills or-and UI-development for eCommerce Solutions.

• Knowledge and experience preferably of eCommerce frameworks such as IBM Commerce and Hybris, other IBM solutions is an advantage.

• The ambition to lead a Technical Team.

• Ability to understand solutions architecture and map solutions to business needs.

• Excellent communication skills, you have the ability to listen and explain ideas/business opportunities both internal and towards customers.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Optimistic, humble and innovative attitude.

• Interest in working in a fast-changing environment and creating new.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
