The TS Business Development is driving the overall growth and profitability of the service business in close collaboration with the sales teams in the Europe and Central Asia cluster. For the TS Business Development Organization in Market Company North Europe (Scandinavia, Baltic States, UK & Ireland), we are looking for a Solution Specialist. As Solution Specialist you will drive the deployment of service solutions within the market by supporting the opportunity identification, selling process and performance analysis of ongoing business.

Preferred location is Lund, Sweden.

Main responsibilities

• Continuously work with our sales force to identify sales opportunities for the different components of the portfolio
• Support sales activities by customer need assessments, concept development & preparation of high quality sales presentations and value propositions
• Report progress against sales targets and implementation of growth strategy
• Monitor and analyse solutions financial performance, report root causes of deviations and support establishment of recovery plans
• Support establishment of commercial guidelines and framework
• Monitor market trends, competitor's situation, customer needs and market price levels within the category
• Work closely with other departments to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

The person we are looking for has working experience in B2B business development and you have experience from one or more of the following segments: food industry, marketing or after sales service. You have at least a Bachelor degree.

As a person you are proactive, goal oriented, structured and have a high level of analytical problem-solving skills. You are very well organized and are able to work independently, remotely and as part of a team. You need to be willing to travel occasionally in Europe and Central Asia.

A very good command of English, both verbal and written is required (other languages are beneficial).
