Description
The TS Business Development is driving the overall growth and profitability of the service business in close collaboration with the sales teams in the Europe and Central Asia markets. For the TS Business Development Organization in Market Company Nordics (Scandinavia, Denmark, Baltic States), we are looking for a Solution Specialist.
As Solution Specialist you will drive the deployment of service solution sales within the Nordics market by supporting the opportunity identification, selling process and performance analysis of ongoing business.
Primary location is Lund.
Main responsibilities
• Continuously work with our sales force to identify sales opportunities for the different components of the portfolio
• Support sales activities by customer need assessments, concept development & preparation of high quality sales presentations and value propositions
• Report progress against sales targets and implementation of growth strategy
• Monitor and analyse solutions financial performance, report root causes of deviations and support establishment of recovery plans
• Support new product introduction in the market
• Support establishment of commercial guidelines and framework
• Monitor market trends, competitor's situation , customer needs and market price levels within the category
• Work closely with other departments to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
We expect you
• to have at least a Bachelor degree and working experience in B2B business development
• to have experience from one or more of the following segments: food industry, marketing or after sales service
• to be proactive, goal oriented, structured and very well organized
• to have strong analytical skills
• to be willing to travel occasionally in Europe and Central Asia
• to have very good English skills - verbal and written (other languages are beneficial)
• to be able to work independently and as part of a team
