Solution Sales Manager
Looking for a challenge
In this position your main focus will be the overall responsibility for building and expanding pulp and paper sales within the Scandinavian market area. You will develop new business opportunities from initial stage through to closing and are used to working independently. You will be working towards and exceeding quarterly sales targets, developing a target prospects list and sales plan. You will be actively involved on operational level e.g. Meeting regularly with customers to discuss the pulp and paper solutions and resolve problems with customer regarding their process. You will be working in our Uppsala office or at your home and be prepared to spend at least 80 days travelling per year.
Sales driven character
The ideal profile will be a proven track record within B2B solution sales. You have an exceptional understanding of the business drivers in the pulp and paper industry. You are a strong negotiator and truly a doer. You have native spoken and written Swedish, fluent spoken and written English language skills. Also you have excellent negotiation skills and high self motivation. You have minimum 5 years experience in solution selling.
