hela Sverige We are looking for a new Solution Sales Manager for our Salesforce consulting services to our Stockholm office. You will have an important role in our growth strategy and in strengthening our position in the Nordic market as a Salesforce consultancy practice capable of supporting our customers all the way from assessments and implementations to 24/7 management services.
What is this role about?
Salesforce is one of the fastest-growing cloud ecosystems supporting our chosen strategy in enabling cloud journeys for our customers.
A Solution Sales Manager's primary function is to work with your targeted accounts and sell our Salesforce consulting services including assessments, implementation, and management services. Your focus should be on cross-function sales to Enfo's existing customers, but we also expect you to acquire some new accounts as well. Your main focus will be operating in the Swedish market and if required, also support selling services to the customers in Finland.
In a nutshell, you will be identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner relationships. Furthermore, you will be managing the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Building relationships with key executives and decision-makers within your targeted accounts and assuming full responsibility for quota attainment as agreed should be your daily focus. You will further continue to develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire Salesforce product line and services we represent.
Last but not least, you are a good team player and document daily sales activities in our CRM system, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage your pipeline, and communicate activities to sales management.
What we appreciate:
You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but we appreciate that you have:
• Past solution sales experience in the Salesforce context but most importantly, you love sales!
• Proven track record in consulting services sales across industries with an emphasis on acquiring new customers
• Strong customer acumen and a hunter mentality
• The ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and influence
• Fluent in Swedish and English is a must
