Description
The role objectives are:
• To work with process and project leads to collect and align the development needs.
• To work as part of the "retail package" team to secure an E2E capability to our retailers
• To be responsible for the Backlog management and respective ceremonies.
• To follow up the budget, and vendors' invoices & SOW's.
• To follow up the Supplier delivery process.
• To collaborate and follow-up with internal multichannel development group.
• To lead the project forum with ROSS team members and K3.
• To identify and implement general improvements on ways-of-working with K3.
• To support continuous delivery process.
• To lead the release management.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Working with software development with external software vendors.
• Working in an agile development setting.
• Managing backlog, prioritising planning and re-planning.
• Test management, being able to contribute in the establishment of a test strategy and management of test environments.
• Working with release management as we are moving towards continuous delivery and have many steps to agree and implement.
• Manage and follow up on development work.
• Working in a retail setting.
• Can understand retail operation as well as how the IT platforms used for running these processes fit together.
• Have excellent analytical skills. Able to see the big picture as well as the details and to structure information and derive conclusions and consequences out of them.
• Able to interact with strong stakeholders confidently - understand them and their needs as well as making them understand you.
• Is interested in business and like to see how IT can enable people to achieve business results. Feel comfortable to explain technical information to people in a simple and easy-to understand way.
• Have good level of English (verbally and in writing).
• Can travel internationally (approximately 30-50 days on a yearly basis).
• The consultant will be working closely with other Solution owners and the Retail package responsible
