P&IT Global Retail Development is a multicultural team of engaged Process and IT professionals with passion for new technologies and responsible to manage and deliver a right sized, future ready portfolio of solutions for the success of our dealers and customers.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Solution Leader who will manage the evolution of various portals in the Portals Sub Portfolio within P&IT Global Retail development. We have exiting challenges to solve in the area, like a new dealer portal for parts information and a future ready learning management system.
You will lead all aspects of solution management and lifecycle e.g. roadmap development, analyze business demands, plan and execute enhancements, maintenance and roll out activities, as well as budgeting in alignment with the overall Volvo CE and P&IT strategies.
To be successful in the role one important part is to create an effective day-to-day collaboration with business stakeholders and Group IT resources. You managing the Process and Solution Key User network and leading the Solution Management Meetings further enhance this.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have an IT background and are engaged to understand how to effectively utilize Information Technology to develop the business. Experience in project and change management is beneficial as well to be able to see holistic and understand process and solution dependencies and interfaces.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, fond of technology, and have the "Make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude.
Finally, you enjoy solving problems and collaborate with your network to deliver great quality solutions.
