Job Role - IT Solution Leader
We are seeking suitable profiles for a Solution Leader to work within the team providing e-Commerce solutions to the Volvo Group.
On behalf of the manager responsible for the delivery, the Solution Leader will take the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements for solutions and support the full utilization of solutions.

E-Commerce is today one of the strategic areas within Volvo. The e-Commerce channel has grown through the last many years and today covers several Trucks Brands and Business Areas. The solutions offer a platform for both B2C and B2B transactions and are integrated with several Volvo systems.

Responsibilities
• Create and keep IT Solution delivery plan (i.e. yearly maintenance plan and release plan) up to date within the budget frame
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Propose needed service level targets (SLA) (based on business requirement, roll out needs etc)
• Create and Secure continuity plan when relevant
• Sets the business requirements for hand over from projects to maintenance.
• Ensure execution of decided requirement requests for the solution incl. decommission
• Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test
• When applicable participate in new development.
• Communicate EN estimates to the BSPM, Process Manager or equivalent
• Secure solution competence for functional application support
• Manage the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the BPD
• Define on behalf of BSPM authorization rules for application access and manage application access
• Make sure that training needs are identified and training plan is secured for the solution including complete training material in cooperation with the BPD (to be completed)
• Secure alignment to governance directives, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
• Work proactively with continuous improvements
• Identify and provide input for categorization of Personal Data Solutions (PDS) and Financial Critical applications (FCA), to BSPM.
• Responsible to secure that Volvo Internal Controls Standards IT (VICS IT) requirements are adhered to.
• Responsible for that support is given to compliance activities and remediate identified gaps.
Competence
• Excellent understanding of Solution and related Processes
• Excellent understanding of process and solution dependencies and interfaces
• Good understanding of both business and IT and a capability to actively use Information Technology to develop the business.
Minimum Education Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering\Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
