• Be the main point of contact for business requirements, roll out needs etc.
• Support the review of and analyze the business process and business requirements and its impact on the overall solution
• Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area
• Be a Subject Matter Expert within the dedicated solution area
• When applicable participate in new development
• Set the requirements for and approve hand over from projects to maintenance.
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Make sure that training needs are identified and the training plan is secured for the solution including complete training material
• Support the Solution Leader to secure and maintain complete solution documentation including user manual, training materials, and its execution for the solution
• Execute trainings together with the key user and Business Process Developer(BPD).
• Perform quality assurance activities of end user support, for example root cause analysis, end-to-end support quality etc.
• Inform/receive information about application disturbances, both internally and externally
• Participate as a solution expert in business activities
Your CV preferably contains:
• Qualifications in academic Technical education, Master Science or equivalent.
• Experience in system or business analysis
• Experience in writing requirements documentation
• Experience from Automotive Sales and/or Automotive Product Information Area
• Ability to drive a key users network
• Ability to understand business needs
• Complete proficiency in English is crucial

Role mission & context
You will as a Solution Expert take responsibility to manage end user, business and IT requirements for solutions within the Sales business process.
The main interfaces will be with Business Process Developers, Key users and Solution Leaders. The job requires excellent solution understanding, combined with related process knowledge and solution dependencies and interfaces. As a Solution Expert you will ensure consistent and efficient usage of the solutions in scope of your responsibility and you will act in close collaboration with the Solution Leader.
You will work with solutions in the Volvo Trucks Product Information area. The solutions are used for calculating weight and performance on a Truck, providing product information fact sheets to the salesmen, supporting the bodybuilders in their planning, creation of homologation documents and creation of market pricelists for truck sales.
