Driving the shift is a fundamental part of our core strategy and this requires that we rethink our development process for Scania and the TRATON group. The Scania transformation has its centre in the solution development where the organisation Modularisation & Enablement will have an important role to keep the holistic view in a highly decentralised development environment.
We are looking for a business developer to architecting concepts for our operating model within modularisation, integration and eneblement. In parallel with enhanced initiatives regarding the central integration and enablement perspective, we need to develop a modern and modularised development process that fit the new way of working and new continuous integration capabilities based on the Scania transformation.
What you will do
You will be part of a small team close to our CTO in the Modularisation & Enablement organisation driving the development of our solution development process to continue to ensure our world class product in a more complex and time critical environment with an enlarged focus on flow. Your role is to design the play system and make sure that the right capabilities are secured to support the VCTs and at the same time ensure the modular system, complete solutions, etc.
Who you are
You are a fast and great problem solver with the ability to embrace complexity, abstract concepts and design pragmatic solutions. Also, you have experience from working in today's PD-process and are strong in lean-agile way of working. You have a lot of enthusiasm and naturally have a can-do mindset. To fit the expectations of the role, you should:
Have a proven track record in leading change and preferably managers as well. You enjoy exploring new perspectives and turning them into concrete actions. Understanding the whole picture and planning different hypothesis to continuously improve our way of working.
