Vattenfall IT is a function with more than 1000 employees to provide reliable IT services to the different Business Areas in Vattenfall. IT consists of a wide range of core IT processes for all businesses Vattenfall works with, Agile Product Development, Strategy and Governance, Project and Transformation competence and Portfolio management with teams mainly in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Poland. Vattenfall IT manages the complete IT portfolio of the company and maintains high IT Service standards. We transform existing business towards new digital challenges and continuously develop towards a future proof IT landscape for Vattenfall.

In a world where digital and analytical technologies are advancing at a rapid pace, changing the way we communicate and altering consumer behavior, we need a Solution Designer Azure who is passionate about data. As a strategic member of our team, you will:
Lead with Technical Excellence: Be the tech lead and drive the best possible solution design and technical implementation from an end-to-end customer experience perspective.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of our products to iteratively deliver product improvements. Collaborate with your peers and Product Owner to enhance our offerings.
Agile Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration with Engineers and Product Owners. Translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
Developer-Centric Culture: Foster a first-rate developer experience for our engineers, enabling them to continuously ship high-quality features and improvements.
Qualifications
YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:
Azure Expert: Possess extensive experience in application architecture, development, and deployment of large-scale solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Databricks, ADLS, Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning Studio, and Azure DevOps.
Educational Background: Hold a university degree in Information Technology and Engineering or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Swedish is highly meritorious.
Innovative Mindset: Bring a creative approach to designing scalable cloud solution architectures using architectural design patterns and best practices.
Mentorship and Communication: Naturally take on mentorship roles and advocate for modern development methodologies. Your strong communication skills will be essential in facilitating digitalization within our organization.
