Autonomous solutions are set to fundamentally change the future of transport of goods and people, and Scania 's aim is to be the leader in this development. Tremendous values can be gained in terms of efficiency, safety and environmental impact when the transport industry is facing one of the biggest changes in history. We are developing the complete system for the autonomous transport solution. Both on-board and off-board systems are created to ensure that our solution can handle all challenges now and in the future.
The development of these systems is creating opportunities but also challenges when the world of autonomy is moving faster and faster and the line between technology and business keep getting stronger. It's our strong belief that we cannot solve the transformation ourselves without close partnership and cooperation with other companies.
At Solutions Delivery, we lead and develop autonomous operation ready solutions together with R&D based on Agile methodology. We operate in self-steered teams and you will work in close cooperation with the product management team, the initiative owner and the customers.
Your responsibilities
You will be working in a multi-cultural team within Autonomous Solutions. Our team, Solutions Delivery, is responsible for leading the commercial initiatives including the deployment and operations to ensure an autonomous ready solution according to customers demand.
You will analyze our needs in cooperation with the initiative and create processes, standards, and routines for autonomous operations as well as the deployment of the autonomous ready solution. As Solution Delivery Manager you also benchmark operation within the Traton Group but also in the whole industry, to suggest new concepts that can be implemented in our deployment plans. You set demands based on our objectives to the development teams and participate actively in the tests of the operational concepts together with R&D.
To succeed in this role, you will work close with the initiative to achieve business goals and work with the development teams to continuously develop our concepts to achieve best customer value.

Preferred qualifications
• Relevant experience in operational development roles.
• Knowledge and experience from Mining operations and business or transport operations
• Experience from project management.
• University degree in Engineering, Business administration or equivalent
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• As a person you are structured, self going and take a great responsibility in deliver toward set target.
