We are looking for several Solution Architects and IT Area Architects/ Lead IT Architect to join us in an extraordinary journey where you'll be in the forefront leading the architectural questions. You'll contribute to our rapid e-commerce expansion which will give you a challenge in scope as well as experience.
As Solution Architect you will be an important part of the delivery team and drive the solution work for different requirement areas during parallel releases, together with different stakeholders. You will develop and formulate nonfunctional requirements (SQR) together with the requirement analysts and make sure that they are met with a sound system and integrated architecture. You will work in a distributed team or in a managed service environment.
As IT Area Architect/ Lead IT Architect you will be responsible for the architecture of a functional area and all systems supporting it. It's very likely that you will manage a team of solution architects and therefore we value your communication and leadership skills as well as your tactical and strategically planning skills.
We are looking for you who are an experienced IT Architect passionate about web, content management, system integrations and e-commerce. You have an eye for details but can also see the big picture and how changes will impact the users and different parts of the system. You are accurate, flexible, curious and prestigeless as well as ambitious and want to make a difference.
You'll be a part of Sales Online & Marketing. That's the part of H&M IT who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and of course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands.
We are constantly working with several exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers. As an IT Architect within this area you will work in a complex system landscape with SAP, Hybris and Adobe as the backbone. Travels may occur in some of the positions.
Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Act as a leader - by taking, communicating and executing architectural decisions for different solutions within your area; involving and engaging stakeholders in decisions
• Define, analyze and evaluate different solution concepts and work cross platforms from an architectural point of view, for the Maintenance releases
• Have a dialogue and collaborate, estimate and plan with external vendors and our implementation partner, regarding architecture, requirements, design and best practices
• Translate the business needs into working solutions making sure architectural principles are followed.
• Understand and apply/adapt to H&M's Architectural principles.
As an Area architect you will have the overall area or system overview and vision and lead the work of defining the technical and functional roadmap.
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT architect
• Extensive experience within IT and web development
• Leadership qualities and ability to build and retain good working relationships
• Experience from working in larger IT landscapes with implementation projects as solution lead, IT architect, development lead or similar
• Experience in governing solutions and leading solution work streams
• Excellent communication skills being able to adapt to different IT- and business stakeholders
• Used to document IT-solutions from different perspectives
• Embrace new architectural theories and being able to practice them
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
As a Solution Architect you have experience from business to consumer platforms. Experience from SAP, Hybris eCommerce, Adobe Campaign or Adobe AEM suite it's a merit.
As an IT Area Architect we see that you have the ability and interest to discuss and drive architectural issues on both enterprise and solution level.
