The team responsible for the Atlassian tool suite in PostNord is expanding. Facing more than 30.000 users in the Nordic Countries including subsidiaries and thousands of agents within IT and Business units. Job duties
In the role of Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following:
- Define and align the architectural framework in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring it aligns with business goals. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Align teams to a shared technical direction and partner with them in elaborating the solution, validating technology assumptions, and evaluating implementation alternatives.
- Ideate and create enablers to evolve the technical landscape, fostering adaptive design and engineering practices.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise and System Architects to address architectural concerns at respective levels.
- Collaborate with team, Product Owner, Tech Lead to anchor the architectural framework. Establish governance structure with architectural principles and standards to be followed within the tool's ecosystem.
- Ensure systems compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding data privacy and security.
You will work with:
- An Agile team with technical and business-oriented roles overseeing the Atlassian tool suite.
- SAFe practices, taking part in relevant ceremonies with the team and in the ART.
- A network of architects and related roles.
- Collaborating with stakeholders from business as well as IT in understanding their requirements.
- Collaborating with partners and suppliers to have the latest insights.
We are looking for you who have
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with service management and agile development tools. Such as Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence and BitBucket).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably ITIL. Experience working in agile environments, preferably within the SAFe framework.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English.
