Solution Architect Modern Workplace
In this exciting role you will be part of a new team being built from scratch, where a mix of internal knowledge and new external eyes comes together to deliver on business needs.

About the Job
At End User Services we have a small team with Solution Architects and Service Owners that together with our 3rd party suppliers, deliver a Modern Workplace to our end users based on Microsoft 365.
As Solution Architect you will bridge the gap between business and technology, being key for defining functional, technical and design requirements needed. Also, you create the overall technical vision for - and lead the design, development, and implementation of - resulting solutions regarding modern workplace services to the end users.
In short - we need someone contributing strongly to the everyday toolbox and functionality for all end users.
The location for this position is Sandviken.
About You
We recognize and value your passion and personality which is characterized by high service level and an eye for quality. You have the ability to understand business needs and manage expectations from the business to secure that IT is able to meet what is needed. Also, we think you are good at establishing and maintaining collaboration and relationships. All in all, you enjoy taking ownership of your area, contributing to the team delivering solutions to anything related to the end-users' Modern Workplace.
We are looking for someone with a degree within IT or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power platform, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Windows Autopilot, Power shell and other Modern Workplace related technologies and emerging trends is advantageous, as is experience from solution architecture.
