As a Solution Architect you will work hands on with a complex technical landscape that needs to scale and expand due to H&M Group's focus on growing an ecosystem - connecting our brands and partners to grow business for all parties. Growing our ecosystem is one of the top 5 focus areas for the H&M Group - which means you will be joining a fast-paced environment! Dropshipment is a new business model within H&M Group Business Tech, meaning that we need you with a strong technical background and a desire to drive change to achieve the best solution and architecture for our brands, internal stakeholders, and customers. As Solution Architect within Dropship, you will work on a functional, technical, and strategic level.
Responsibilities
As Solution Architect you will work with the systems and integrations involved in the Dropship flow from our brands to our end customers. This means that you will work with internal systems, such as our PIM, DAM, ERP, Marketplace Operations Platform as well as our partners' systems. You will expand your functional understanding and knowledge from a holistic perspective, to connect the dots and discover functional, technical and/ or strategic improvement areas not only within our product area but within the end-to-end flow. You will keep a strong integration and architectural perspective and work together with Software Engineers and/or Solution Architects from other areas. You will join an amazing team, where we all chip in with individual unique competence to solve the challenges short term as well as identifying opportunities long term. You will drive discussion on long term strategic technical vision for the business model Dropship. You will also work with:
Sharing holistic solution responsibility for the Dropship business model
Driving technical investigations which requires cross product and cross domain collaboration
Assisting and reviewing the integrations, introducing WoW & driving implementation across teams / systems
Learning our Marketplace Operations System, SAP and Integration Pattern if it is not already within your existing competencies
Planning for technical partner onboarding, technical & business go lives and solving production issues are important responsibilities
Facilitating incident closure, RCA, problem management and driving constant solution improvements
Recommending and re-designing the data integrations supporting the business processes
Documentation of solution and integration patterns
Who you are
We believe you enjoy collaborating with multiple teams to achieve the best possible solution for both external sellers, internal stakeholders and end customers. SAP knowledge and e-commerce / marketplace business knowledge is a great background to thrive in this position! And as with any new and thriving technical area - you need to enjoy digging into the technical solution and solve the issues hands on. We believe you have strong architectural & integration skills complemented with quick leaning ability on new systems & solutions. You are a person with a passion to learn several systems and deepen your understanding how an entire value flow is working technically. We also believe you:
Are ambitious and do not like to settle for the second-best solution
Take accountability to drive & build improved solutions always keeping the stakeholders in mind
Have strong architectural & integration skills
Have knowledge and/or experience from working with E-commerce /Marketplace and/or Dropship business models
Have knowledge and/or experience from working with SAP - Integration, Idoc, Funtional understanding of Material Master, Sales, Fulfillment and Invoice processes
Have knowledge and/or experience from working Cloud based integrations preferably Azure
Have an open mind to learn Mirakl, SAP and Integration pattern - if it is not already under your skill set is a must.
