As solution architect, you will have full responsibility of designing tailored data center solutions for the technical infrastructure of our clients, based on their individual needs. At the same time, you will function as technical advisor throughout the process from pre-sales to finished implementation, working closely with the client as well as the sales and execution teams.
This entails:
Supporting the pre-sales process by partaking in client meetings and advise on the technical solutions that provide best value
Creating high-level single-line diagrams for electrical distribution and cooling
Further improving and refining designs through discussion with clients and colleagues
Advising the tender managers on technical decisions when drafting offers and contracts
Functioning as trusted advisor to the client throughout the sales and implementation phase
Solid technical knowledge and a knack for tailoring unique solutions

What we are looking for is someone with data center design experience as well as solid knowledge of power solutions, cooling technologies, electrical distribution, high uptime, redundancy solutions, white space optimization
and DCIM. 5 years or more is preferable, but we are open to less experience as long as you:
• Are competitive in your work and have the drive to provide the best solutions and delivering on commitments to win the trust of each client
• Thrive in the role as a trusted advisor for tech savvy and non-technical people alike, and are able to strike the balance between listening to and challenging your client
• Are flexible in your work process and able to design solutions based on either highly detailed prescription documents, a simple phone call with the client or anything in between
• Speak fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language
• Preferably, have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering as well as a Solution Architect professional certification, although it is not a prerequisite.
