About the job
In this position, you work actively together with stakeholders - collecting and comprehending their needs and displaying proactive problem-solving abilities to meet them effectively. You define the monitoring landscape to achieve the product team mission and you create feasible technical solutions that meet business needs and expectations. To maintain reliable and efficient Operations Monitoring, your architectural guidance for the product team is crucial. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and service providers to ensure the successful execution of our mission.
The location for this job is Stockholm or Sandviken and we apply a hybrid set-up where you can combine office work with work from home.
Your profile
We're looking for an experienced architect with a deep understanding of AIOps, monitoring and observability solutions and their role in ensuring reliable and stable operations. Proficiency in utilizing data for trend analysis, prediction, and insights, as well as an understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks and practices is essential. As we're a global organization, fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
You're structured in your work and it's essential to have excellent presentation skills, a technical understanding, and a clear leadership style - motivating and inspiring others. You use your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to create trustworthy collaboration and relationships.
