The main objective is to be the industry and subject matter expert within a specific area of Dun and Bradstreet's portfolio. The Subject Matter Expert Solution Architect shall make it their main responsibility to learn the portfolio assigned by heart. Understand the USP and the Use cases where our solutions will be a great fit for our clients. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing high quality knowledge assets within the portfolio and will compose Solution Proposals for clients. Within their area, they shall support the Researchers in engaging with product teams and ensure that we capture the specifications accurately.
Additionally, the candidate shall take on responsibilities related to completing the BBC Migration. These responsibilities require knowledge of the BBC product, the data used, the meaning and the counterpart data within Data Blocks. Part of the migration work is also identifying use cases and target accounts that can be moved from BBC to the point of arrival product.
Key Responsibilities
Utilise your strategic and critical thinking abilities to investigate, and fulfill a business case requirement using a single DnB solution or a combination of products.
Self-manage, maintain documentation, management reporting and technical training
Analyze, plan and execute on BBC migration targets from November 2022 onwards until completion
Education/Experience and Competencies
7 + years of Experience in a relevant industry (data science, technology, commercial industries)
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead simultaneous projects for multiple customers
Showcase presentation skills to collaborate with Sales team & lead customers to a successful outcome
Experience with Business Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, use case documentation

Education
University level - Business degree ideal
University level - Computer Science degree ideal
Prior Experience
Experience in a commercial role or customer service role
Experience with Business Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, use case documentation
Worked with Bisnode Business Contacts and Presale, Implementation and customer service areas
Knowledge in the Master Data - Data Blocks
