Architecte Solutions Senior - PCN - PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES
PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES assiste le service Regional customer engagements & deliveries avec de nouvelles solutions. L'équipe prend en charge toutes les régions d'Ericsson avec des compétences stratégiques afin de maximiser la valeur client pour certains contrats. PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES joue un rôle important dans la construction des compétences au niveau des régions et de GSC. Ce rôle inclut également l'assistance lors de la mise en place de nouveaux produits et services.
L'équipe PDU PC PDG SOLUTION SERVICES recherche actuellement un architecte solutions Expérimenté/Senior. Les architectes solutions sont chargés d'analyser et de concevoir des solutions PCN ; ils assurent la direction technique des projets d'intégration.
Ce poste impliquera des déplacements à l'international, avec des affectations pouvant aller d'1 jour à 3 mois et plus, en fonction des besoins.
Les responsabilités sont notamment les suivantes :
• Préparation analyse et conception de solutions et responsabilité technique des projets
• En tant que senior, assurer le leadership et apporter vos compétences aux équipes d'intégration
• Partage et transfert des connaissances et mentorat des autres membres de l'équipe
• Identification les possibilités commerciales complémentaires au-travers d'une étroite collaboration avec le client dans le cadre des projets fournis et développement commercial avec le client en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de convergence par l'extension de solutions existantes comme la création de nouvelles solutions
• Interaction avec le client, les fournisseurs tiers et autres organisations de fourniture de services
Qualifications
Vous devez disposer des capacités suivantes :
• Une condition essentielle pour les rôles de senior avec une forte visibilité est la volonté et la capacité de se déplacer et de travailler à l'international en fonction des besoins du dossier
• Au minimum BE in Engineering, diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
• Très bonnes connaissances de la solution PCN
• Très motivé(e) et ambitieux/ambitieuse
• Expérience avérée en tant qu'architecte de solutions
• Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications, avec au moins 2 ans à un poste en contact avec les clients
• Expérience de conception de PCN et expérience avérée dans cet environnement
• Solides antécédents en matière de relations clients et démontrant d'excellentes aptitudes en communication, direction, influence, construction de réseaux et de relations, planification et résultats.
Le poste sera basé en Suede, Allemagne et au Canada.

Senior Solution Architect - PCN - PDU PC PDG VNS SOLUTION SERVICES
PDU PC PDG VNS SOLUTION SERVICES supports Regional customer engagements & deliveries with focus on new solutions. The team supports all Ericsson Regions by delivering strategic competence to maximize customer value in selected engagements. PDU PC PDG VNS SOLUTION SERVICES has an important role in building up competence in regions and in the GSC. Role includes also the support of new product and services introductions.
PDU PC PDG VNS SOLUTION SERVICES team is now looking for Experienced /Senior Solution Architects. The Solution Architects are responsible for the analysis and design of PCN solutions and acting as technical lead in integration projects.
The role will involve international travel with assignments lasting from 1 day to 3+ months depending of business needs.
Responsibilities include:
Lead in solution analysis & design and acting technical lead in projects
Provide leadership and senior competence for integration teams
Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
Identify add on sales opportunities via a close cooperation with the customer in the delivery projects and drive business with the customer by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones
Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organizations
Qualifications
You have the following:
A critical pre-requisite of these highly visible and senior roles is the willingness and ability to travel and work internationally in line with business requirements.
Minimum of BE in Engineering or equivalent.
Very good knowledge of the PCN Solution.
High motivation and ambition
Proven experience in the Solution Architect Role.
Minimum 5 years of Telecom experience and including at least 2 years in a customer facing role.
PCN design experience and proven experience in the above environment.
Strong track record in engaging with customers and demonstrating advanced skills in communicating, leading, influencing, building networks and relationships, planning and delivering results
Positions will be based in Sweden, Germany and Canada.
