Job Summary:
We are now offering an exciting opportunity to join us as Solution Architect to work with core networks for our customers. Our team has the responsibility of Telecom Core, Cloud, OSS, and BSS product pre-sales and delivery. Our delivery project activities are, for instance, to integrate new products into customer network, upgrade existing nodes, expand existing nodes, configure existing nodes, and solve issues. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute and deliver on latest Cloud Native technology enabling 5G. Your day-to-day activities will include analysis, preparation, design & configuration, verification, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
The location for this position is in Sweden or Denmark. Preferably in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and prepare both high level and detailed design
Perform systems administration and engineering; plan, install, configure, troubleshoot infrastructure, manage & maintain systems to ensure stable operations
Manage core infrastructure systems and platforms
Configure nodes & perform customer acceptance tests
Keep both customer and internal stakeholders up-to-date of the progress
Support pre-sales activities
Identify and drive improvements
Key Qualifications:
M.Sc. / B.Sc. in a relevant field
Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding results to the customer
Customer focus and desire to understand the business, prior experience on customer-facing roles
Experience and highly skilled in telecom core network products on at least one of the following: Packet Core, IMS, UDM
Experience on virtual/Kubernetes environments
Experience working with IP, Diameter and/or HTTP protocols
Knowledge on 5G Core
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Agile methods and DevOps knowledge
Team player with good communication skills as well as capable to work on tasks individually
High self-leadership skills
Fluent in English
Note that security clearance including references and relevant background screening will be conducted for final candidates.
