Purpose
As a Solution Architect, you will interface directly with the client and provide problem-solving, architecture and development expertise for enterprise MFT and B2B solutions. This involves all aspects of the deployment and integration life cycle, from qualification and opportunity assessment, to solution design and implementation. You will focus on designing and delivering the integration, mapping, BPEL processes and trading partner enablement services as agreed with the clients.
In addition, you will provide technical support for the Sales team and be responsible for providing detailed technical product information, contribute to RFP/RFI responses, and perform product demonstrations when required.
You will work from SEEBURGER's office in Stockholm.
Responsibilities
Work together with customers to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Act as an Expert for assigned technologies and solutions.
Develop detailed system and program specifications.
Give customer feedback to product development.
Guide and train clients to utilize SEEBURGER's products in the best way possible.
Serve as pre-sales support specialist when needed.
Act as the primary source of detailed technical information for RFP responses, and manage technical resources needed to obtain RFP answers.
Background and Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or another relevant field.
5-10 years experience in middleware and related technologies.
Experience in integration of software and services.
Understanding of programming.
Software development experience in Java/J2EE a plus.
Experience in troubleshooting.
Great communication skills with the ability to interact with clients.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
