MVV was founded in 1990 as a software company with focus on balancing manufacturing processes. We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.
To suit the role as a consultant at MVV, we believe that you are positive, driven and outgoing. Since almost all of our assignments are on site it is important to be humble and able to listen to the customer's needs. You are also independent and solution-oriented.
Position description:
Connected car main focus is to delivering the next generation of connected vehicles and services. Connected Car contains new development, establishment of new services and maintenance of existing services.
In order to secure high quality SW deliveries, we now need to strengthen our team with a network expert. Main focus will be Network/System administration & network integrations.
Required skills:
• Experience working with Amazon AWS services like EC2, VPC etc.
• Experience working with BIG IP F5 and/or Cisco network products
• Experience working with generic firewall systems
• Minimum 3 years of UNIX/Linux hands-on experience
• Minimum 3 years of WAN and VPN hands-on experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience of HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/UDP protocols
• Basic scripting in any high-level language
• Being fluent in English and technical acumen
• Swedish driver's license
Additional Skills Preferred:
• Working in a large company
• Automotive and/or telecom experience
• XML, SOAP, REST experience
• Application servers like JBoss, Websphere etc.
Tasks:
• Install and configure BIG IP F5
• Install and configure firewalls
• Install and configure VPN connections
• Troubleshooting
