hela Sverige In order to deliver the Polestar strategy, we are now looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect that will take the ownership of and develop existing Salesforce Solution at Polestar. Your creativity will be your differentiator.
You will be part of the team Polestar Enterprise Digital, who design, architect, and develop platforms and applications to grow the business. In this role you will work in close collaboration with Marketing team and Customer Service team to support and develop solutions for the daily operations. You will also get the opportunity to support Polestar in defining the future roadmap and implementation of the full customer journey.
What you will do:
As the Solution Architect you will manage and develop the Marketing cloud solution based on marketing needs and manage and develop the service cloud solution based on Customer service needs. You will support architecture in defining the CRM implementation roadmap. It is important that you provide attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high-quality, stable features. You will also drive reuse of existing solutions and in partnership with other architects promote new solutions for reuse.
What experience you have:
• More than 5 years of experience in development for enterprise architecture, application architecture, and large-scale transactional system development
• Experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Knowledge to integrate Salesforce with other systems
• In depth experience of digital consumer projects and understanding of digital infrastructure
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related area preferred

Additional experience we value:
If you have knowledge in marketing and defining customer journeys in marketing Cloud that is highly valued. Also, technical skills in development of templates, journeys, support in defining audiences/target groups and knows the data model in SFDC. Extra good is experience in design and Build Connector for Marketing Cloud and SFDC and solution design and architecture.
