Bringing your experience and drive into the equation, you help us achieve our goals!Your mission - transforming business needs into high quality solutionsIn this role, you translate business needs into technical requirements, and you offer guidance for designs, development and implementation to ensure a best practice delivery. You propose high level solution outlines and create cost estimates for new requirements and, by creating clearly defined instructions and structured documentation, you track and control our technical project scopes. Collaborating with stakeholders, developers and architects at our different IT departments to drive and coordinate resolution of complex work items is an important part of your job, and you're responsible for the delivery of service towards the business. By motivating, guiding and training your colleagues, you also contribute to a team that ensures high quality and on-time delivery! The preferred location for this position is in Tampere (Finland) although Sandviken or Stockholm (Sweden) could also be considered as possible options. Some global travel is a natural part of your job. Your character - enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for data, integration and developmentWe're looking for someone with a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. You have solid understanding of MDM and data quality practices and methodologies, along with knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Information Management platform or comparable platforms. You also have good skills in data and process modelling and the ability to understand and articulate the role of various intersecting technologies such as integration, analytics, big data and cloud. As we act on the global stage, you need to be fluent in English. The ideal candidate should have been involved in one or multiple full cycle MDM implementations and have experience in key data domains such as Customer, Supplier and Material. Furthermore, some experience in, or knowledge of the following areas is a big advantage:· Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Functions etc.)· Microsoft Azure Analytics (DWH, Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Stream, Event Hub etc.)Your personality excites us! You have solid business acumen and an understanding of business processes and issues across multiple domains.
