We are now looking for a new colleague that takes on the role as Solution Architect for integrating new Digital Charging Solutions into our eco-system, focusing on eMSP.

The role
You will work as a Solutions architect within the area of building up Scanias eMSP - Mobile Solution Provider within our Eco-system of digital services. You will be working integrated into our development stream close to our Product Owner, Product Manager, UX and service designers and our agile development teams with the goal to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions within the Charging area.
You will be responsible for leading technical discussion and initiatives be self-motivated and willing to engage in both pure analytical type of duties as well as more hands-on operational tasks. You need to be capable in understanding complete solutions and able to understand what we should source through partnership and what we should develop ourselves.
Who you are
We think that you are a leader with coaching as a main tool to help people around you grow. It is valuable if you have experience from bringing products and services to production based on the efforts of a distributed development organization and autonomous teams. We want you to have experience from working as a solution architect for some years in an agile software context.
We believe that you have experience of charging system for passage car or commercial vehicles and understanding of the digital eco-systems and solutions, Charging Infrastructure, CPO, eMSP. We also expect you to be good at communicating your vision.
We also want you to have
• Experience in full stack development and software architecture patterns and that you are able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems, based on different infrastructure hosting like cloud, SaaS and on-prem, interact with each other.
• Interest in solving open ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking.
• Good understanding of the software development and lifecycle process.
• Strong communication skills and that you are able to bring different people together using collaboration and visualisation.
• Good understanding of the Agile philosophy and how to enable short feedback loops and autonomous development teams.
• MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
