We are looking for an experienced and motivated technologist who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. You will have to learn quickly in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
About the role
You will support our agile development teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet customer expectations. You will be responsible for forming, documenting, and communicating the overall solution. You will also drive initiatives related to operational excellence and software solution innovation. There's a high level of trust in the organization, and you will be encouraged to put the customer first and raise initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated strategic thinker and an excellent collaborator who can influence stakeholders in transforming the organization. You should be willing to engage in both analytical types of duties as well as more hands-on operational issues, like supporting our cloud journey together with Amazon AWS. Other typical focus areas are authentication/authorization, master data consolidation, data-driven business innovation, security, and scalable customer interfaces.
What we need from you
You are comfortable with software development practices, having a good understanding of software development and its lifecycle. Most probably you have a background as a developer. You have solid knowledge in architecting operational, secure, and reliable web solutions. You like to keep yourself updated on emerging trends. Hands-on experience with a cloud platform, preferable AWS, is a must. You are an excellent communicator and you are comfortable using your skills in dialogue with developers as well as the highest management. You like bringing people together using collaboration and visualization.
You are a confident problem solver with the ability to provide a clear perspective while keeping a humble attitude. Furthermore, you are a team player appreciating the value of good cooperation. Coaching and mentoring come naturally for you. You are comfortable with the agile culture and know-how to enable short feedback loops and autonomous development teams.
You have a relevant degree in system development or equivalent qualification. Good English skills are a must, and preferably also Swedish.
