Position Summary
As a member of the GroupIT PDM team, you are an expert in the best practices of SOLIDWORKS CAD software and PDM software modules and how they are used to implement efficient product design processes.
You will help drive continuous improvement on the quality and availability of Munters' global PDM infrastructure. You lead or participate in rollout projects to help maintain a high standard for SOLIDWORKS PDM.
You will work closely with the rest of GroupIT, end users, and vendors to ensure efficient and uninterrupted access to all platform applications.

Education and experience
· Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Deep experience in diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Expert level knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and how they relate to each other and to clients in a multi-site, global SolidWorks PDM environment.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Thorough knowledge of SolidWorks Search Routine for referenced documents and its interaction with the PDM Professional search routine for referenced documents
• 5+ years working experience administrating SolidWorks deployments
• 5+ years working experience administrating SolidWorks PDM
• 5+ years working experience with Microsoft SQL Server
