We are now looking for an analytical, self-motivated person to join the Cell integration team. The Cell integration team develops nanowire photovoltaic (PV) cell prototypes and an integration process, including contacts, TCOs, and interconnects.
As Sr. Process Engineer you will be a key contributor to our development of large area nanowire array based photovoltaic technology. Your focus will be on challenges arising in the transition from small to larger areas as we transition from early to late stage development. This will include TCOs and serial interconnects with similar requirements as thin film (CIGS or CdTe) PV. Your work is primarily carried out in our new integration facility in Lund, Sweden, but may also include limited travel to supplier or partner sites.
The ideal candidate for this position would have
At least 5 years experience from solar industry, preferably from thin film CIGS/CdTe process development and/or manufacturing
Experience with for example TCOs, laser patterning and/or mechanical scribing
An adaptable mindset and ability to work on projects independently as well as in a larger team.
A good understanding of materials, process, and device interactions
