We are now looking for a positive and technology oriented individual to join our Aerotaxy team, which is developing a new technique to grow nano material. In the role as
Characterization Technician you will, together with two other team members, be responsible for the characterization of our Aerotaxy samples. You will organize and execute the characterization to set specifications and analyze and quality control the outcome. The position will mainly focus on electrical characterization such as EBIC, but other characterization methods will also be used, such as PL, CL, TRPL and EDX. As a part of the operational team you will also learn how to grow nanowires in the Aerotaxy process and help out in the lab from time to time.
This position is temporary for 12 months, full-time (40 hours per week) and is located in Lund, Sweden.
Who are we looking for?
• Preferably you have a B.Sc degree or equivalent competence within a relevant field (physics, chemistry, electro).
• You have work experience from a Technician role and prefer hands on lab work.
• In addition to your practical technical skills, you are self-motivated, independent worker who takes responsibility for delivering results on time and are comfortable speaking English with your colleagues.
• You are excited about being part of a high-energy start-up and are prepared to be flexible and help out with tasks that lie outside of your usual responsibility area when needed.
