The engineering departments for the electrical propulsion systems are responsible to design and deliver Electrical Drive Systems, Battery Systems, Power Supply and Charging Systems for electrified vehicles.

The Electric Drive section, part of Propulsion Power System department, is responsible for designing and delivering electrical drive systems for electrified vehicles.
We are now standing in front of the challenge to develop complete inhouse software for the inverter to the electrical machine for our future electrified cars. In the Quality & Projects group the System verification leader will be a member of a Scrum team, supporting the verification process, through software developing process.

We are looking for you who are able to work independently as well as in strong collaboration with several software development teams. Hence you possess great networking and communication capabilities. You are business oriented individual, who takes initiatives and is driven by finding new solutions.

Your mission
In this role you will work closely with project leaders, software development team and software test engineers, getting a broad experience of electric drive systems, including both hardware and software.
* Create and update Software test plan
* Secure test vehicles, components and rigs
* Secure that test environment is up to date
* Secure that test methods are created and updated
* Review documents when it comes to testing
* Coordinate capacity in car, HIL and rig
Required qualifications
* M.Sc. degree in Computer science, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent with at least 10 years of working experience
* Experience from verification and validation of software ie. ISTQB
* Understanding of electrical machines, inverters or similar HW is meritorious
* Experience from working in a team utilizing scrum methodology is beneficial
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Driving license "B", valid in Sweden
