Your role
As a Software Tester at Etteplan, you will collaborate closely with software developers and stakeholders to understand system and software requirements. You will evelop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on identified requirements, as well as conduct functional testing, validation, and verification of software requirements to ensure compliance and quality. As a software tester you will also utilize testing methodologies and techniques to identify and report defects, working closely with the development team to facilitate timely resolutions. With your expertise, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Your profile
To succeed in your role, we see that you have:
• a university degree in software development or equivalent skills and experience
• relevant experience from the development of embedded systems and software integration of microcontrollers.
• working experience with Matlab/Simulink, Autosar (ISO26262) and CANalyzer/CANape/CANoe
Knowledge in Git, Elektra and CarWeaver are meritorious.
Fluent spoken and written English skills are needed as well as a driver's license due to occasional traveling.
