hela Sverige Test and Prototype Operations (TnPO) Software Testing is looking to hire Software Test Engineers for its team in Eskilstuna to test software developed for electronic systems across various VCE product lines. Candidates who wish to apply for this position must have a minimum experience of 2 years in developing or testing software in electronic systems. He/she will also need to implement innovative & competitive Software Testing techniques.
Core Responsibilities:
Support the relevant manager in developing Test Plans based on specifications & requirements
Design & develop test cases against software test specifications, execute tests in specified test environment & test systems
Prepare detailed defect/problem reports & publish test summary
Work closely with local development & system engineering team to understand requirements better for effective testing
Participate & contribute in project meetings and necessary TnPO / Global SW meetings
Align with Software Testing organization for implementing processes
Minimum Years of Experience Required and Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / Control Systems / Measurements
Preferable to have candidates with experience in developing automated tests
Good spoken & written communication skills
Strong knowledge on Software / Hardware technology and Control System & testing
Preferable knowledge in LabView
